My purchase was a gift and in the mail to the recipient. However, I had AMAZING customer service in the Ontario (CA) location. The young man that got my attention in the mall was so kind and very nice, he convinced me to go the store, where I bought more stuff! Both gentlemen made my experience a great one; can't wait to go back!
