United StatesAre they supposed to foam as much as the picture?
Instructions are vague. "Sprinkle our foaming bath salts under running water to get the full foaming effect" doesn't tell you how much to use. The bottle says to use "a dash" but had to use over half the bottle to get even the slightest bit of foaming, not anywhere near what the picture shows. Smells nice but artificial, like a Jolly Rancher.
